biscuits arranged in a 3 by 2 array, where X=3 and Y=2.

The software will prompt user to select three points, the Bottom Left, Bottom

Right and the Top Left reference points. The 3 reference points must be on

the same relative position on the biscuits. Base on the position of these three

points the software calculates the exact separations and the theta rotation for

precise biscuit pasting.
